Simply navigate to the product of your choice. Click on the “Add to cart” button to place the item in your basket. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the shopping basket icon in the top-right of the website and select the ‘Checkout’ button.

You will then need to provide us with the relevant contact and shipping details, select your preferred shipping method and then click on the ‘Pay Now” button.

You will then be redirected to PayFast’s secured payment page where you will be asked to provide your preferred method of payment. Don’t worry, this is completely secure. Once you’ve selected your payment method, you will be redirected to your order confirmation page.

This page will also be sent to you via email. Hang on to your order number so that we can help assist with any questions you may have.

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. During the processing and shipping of your order you will also receive updates via email to ensure you’re always kept in the loop. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us through out contact page and be sure to let us know the order number you’re querying.

We do offer discounts on purchases of multiple products. We deal with many hospitals, clinics, practices, pharmacies and institutions. Please feel free to contact us directly to receive a quotation.

We do not have a physical store for ‘walk-in’ purchases, we operate from offices in KwaZulu Natal and distribute from both KZN and Gauteng. In the event that you need a stethoscope urgently, please contact us below and we will do our best to help you.

Of course. We display our most popular products online but have access to the major brands and suppliers. If you did not see the product you are after, just send an email to [email protected] and we will be sure to get you a quotation.

AUTHENTICITY, WARRANTY, REFUNDS & RETURNS

There are many dealers out there who claim to offer genuine products. We work closely with all the major brands and we purchase our products directly from these brands. We pride ourselves on these relationships and work hard at ensuring we offer the best equipment to all our customers.

We are Authorised Resellers. Our products are genuine and back by Manufacturer Warranties. 

Absolutely. We are an authorised dealer of 3M Littmann, Welch Allyn / Hillrom, ADC, Heine and MDF. Your item is covered from the date of purchase by the manufacturers warranty. Please ensure you retain your customer invoice / receipt.

Note: due to the large amount of ‘grey’ product in South Africa, we are unable to assist any customers who have NOT purchased an item from any authorised reseller of the brands we carry.

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by contacting us through our contact page. Please include as much information as possible.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 10 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account).

You will be able to return an unwanted product to us, provided:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached;
  • it is in the original packaging it came in, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact .

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 30 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

PAYMENT

We utilise three of South Africa’s most secure and popular payment gateways to ensure the widest variety of payment methods. These include Payfast, PayStack and EFT.

  • Debit & Credit Card through Payfast or Paystack.
  • Snapscan, Zapper and MasterPass are also accepted through PayFast.
  • Should you require a bank letter or proof of account, we can send this to you too for peace of mind.

Our Payment Gateways (PayFast, PayFlex and Ozow) utilise industry leading security. Your credit card details are never shared with us or anyone else but the Payment Gateway you chose. This ensures your security and privacy every step of the way.

SHIPPING / COLLECTION

Once we have received your order, it typically takes 24 – 48 hours to receive your order – depending on your location. Our couriers ship overnight to major metropolitan areas. You will be notified of the status of your order throughout the process. Where items are delayed, we will contact you by email or phone. On larger orders, delivery times may vary. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries at all!

On the rare occasion that items are not available, we will notify you immediately.

We utilise priority courier services to ensure you get your items as soon as possible. Our shipping costs are just R99 to anywhere in South Africa.

For international shipments, your rate will be calculated on checkout. If you’d like to utilise your own carrier, please let us know using our contact form or chat bot and we will ensure your shipment is packed and ready for collection ASAP.
