Simply navigate to the product of your choice. Click on the “Add to cart” button to place the item in your basket. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the shopping basket icon in the top-right of the website and select the ‘Checkout’ button.

You will then need to provide us with the relevant contact and shipping details, select your preferred shipping method and then click on the ‘Pay Now” button.

You will then be redirected to PayFast’s secured payment page where you will be asked to provide your preferred method of payment. Don’t worry, this is completely secure. Once you’ve selected your payment method, you will be redirected to your order confirmation page.

This page will also be sent to you via email. Hang on to your order number so that we can help assist with any questions you may have.

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. During the processing and shipping of your order you will also receive updates via email to ensure you’re always kept in the loop. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us through out contact page and be sure to let us know the order number you’re querying.

We do offer discounts on purchases of multiple products. We deal with many hospitals, clinics, practices, pharmacies and institutions. Please feel free to contact us directly to receive a quotation.

We do not have a physical store for ‘walk-in’ purchases, we operate from offices in KwaZulu Natal and distribute from both KZN and Gauteng. In the event that you need a stethoscope urgently, please contact us below and we will do our best to help you.

SHIPPING / COLLECTION

Once we have received your order, it typically takes 24-48 hours to process and send your order. Our couriers ship overnight to major metropolitan areas. You will be notified of the status of your order throughout the process. Where items are delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Special Order items can take up to 5 weeks as we order these items directly from the USA. We try our very best to get these items sooner.

On the rare occasion that items are not available, we will notify you immediately.

We have negotiated some of the best delivery rates with MDS Collivery, one of South Africa’s most reliable couriers.

Depending on your choice of service, rates will vary on your location.

Typically, we do not ship internationally. However, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

PAYMENT

We utilise three of South Africa’s most secure and popular payment gateways to ensure the widest variety of payment methods. These include Payfast, PayFlex and Ozow.

 

  • Debit & Credit Card through Payfast or Payflex.
  • Snapscan, Zapper and MasterPass are also accepted through PayFast.
  • Instant EFT with Ozow enables online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an internet banking transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified. It can be used with six of South Africa’s biggest banks – FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec Bank ,Investec, Africa Bannk and Bidvest.

WARRANTY, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Absolutely. We are an authorised dealer of 3M Littmann® stethoscopes and therefore your item is covered from the date of purchase.

Littmann Stethoscope Warranty Information

The day you bought your Littmann stethoscope establishes its warranty start date. This date can be verified on your original purchase receipt.

If a material or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Littmann will repair your Littmann stethoscope free of charge, except in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage.

Has the warranty expired? No worries. Littmann offer affordable Littmann stethoscope repairs that include replacing the tubing, eartubes, diaphragm, rim, nonchill sleeves and eartips. Replacement parts and accessories can be purchased at go.3m.com/littmannparts.

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by contacting us through our contact page. Please include as much information as possible.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 10 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account).

You will be able to return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached;
  • it is in the original packaging it came in, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact .

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 30 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
